How does your process work?

Is there any cost to me or any obligation to me when I call you?

Absolutely not. All you are doing by calling or filling in the online form is inviting us to give you an offer. By doing so there Is absolutely no cost to you and you have absolutely no obligation to sell to us.

What kind of houses do you buy?

We buy houses, condo’s , Townhomes, and land in DC, Maryland, Virginia & Connecticut in any condition or any price range.

What do you mean by “any condition”? What if my house needs repairs?

We will buy your house as-is! You don’t need to do any more repairs!

What if my property has Health Department violations or is condemned?

No problem! We can still buy your house as is, even if it has demolition orders scheduled.

Do you deal in higher priced properties?

Yes, we can work with any seller who needs to move a property quickly for any reason and in any price range.

What if I am behind on my payments or in foreclosure, can you help?

Yes, if you call or contact us now, we have multiple solutions to help out even if there is a pending sale date.

What do you charge for your services?

If we buy your house, there is typically no charge. If you decide you would rather list your house, we will refer you to a top listing agent  with extensive experience and competitive commission rate- you have nothing to lose!

If I submit your Seller Questionnaire, when will I hear from you?

As soon as we receive your Seller Questionnaire, we will review your information and get back to you ASAP (usually within 24 to 48 hours depending on when you submit the information). However, if you don’t hear back from us in a timely manner, please give us a call to be sure we received your information and that you are being taken care of right away.

Is it better to call or contact you via your online Seller Questionnaire?

That is really up to you. However, we do think it would be easier for you if you complete our Seller Questionnaire first, then we can review your information, research your property, and then discuss all the details with you when we call. Do you pay for referrals if I lead you to another house that you buy?

We always appreciate referrals and would be happy to give you a discount on the many services we provide.

Are you realtors who just want to list my house?

Listing your property may be the best solution for you, but it is not what our plan is. Our Owners do have a real estate  license to sell real estate and have been trained to fully analyze your situation to work with you to decide the best solution for your situation. You will agree or we will not do business. You are in control. If your house qualifies we will buy it. If not, you are welcome to list it with us or any other agency. It will be your decision.

Q: Can I save my credit if you I sell my house before a bank foreclosure?

A: Yes. Your credit can probably be saved if we buy your house before the foreclosure.

Q: I have bad tenants, will you still buy my house?

A: Yes. We can handle bad tenants and the eviction process if needed.

Q: I live out of state, do I have to come back for a closing?

A: No. We work with title companies that prepare all the paper work and send you a check via mail or wire transfer if that is what you prefer.
